the weed.

The main character of the story is Agnoori she is unique because she is a new bride, her significant features are not accepting gifts from men because she new about the weed and had an upper hand. Two of the forces that are at odds here is the weed and Agnoori, she is trying to protest the weed. A lesson that should be learned from this story is to expect the obvious. One word i didn't know in the text was resilient, it means, able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.

This article is organized in numerical order, there are steps. The authors tone is optimistic, she seems cheerful about informing us of ways to escape boredom. This article is about some steps to not be bored, there are seven steps. After the article gives each step it gives a short explanation of what it means or an example of how to do it. In some of the steps it will give a quote, for example "-– Dig in. As they say, if you can’t get out of it, get into it. Diane Arbus wrote, “The Chinese have a theory that you pass through boredom into fascination and I think it’s true.” If something is boring for two minutes, do it for four minutes. If it’s still boring, do it for eight minutes, then sixteen, and so on. Eventually you discover that it’s not boring at all. If part of my research isn’t interesting to me — like the Dardanelles campaign for Forty Ways to Look at Winston Churchill — I read a whole book about it, and then it becomes absorbing. of cannibals, kings and culture

The article "Of Cannibals, Kings and Culture" is structured chronologically. The authors tone is objective, he is able to give an unbiased view, he puts his judgments aside. This article is telling about a time were three Brazilian cannibals went to France because they were invited by the king. The Brazilians were interrogated. Being a cannibal was common in the Brazilian culture, it was the Brazilian ethnicity and it was allowed it their country. This article tells us about something that has happened in the past, it was written to explain to us part of the Brazilian culture.

this article is in cause & effect order. the article tone of the article sounds fascinated, the author is probably extremely fascinated by these wasps. this article talks about the jewel wasps and their pheromone trail. it also talks about how the wasp interbreeds.in the article it talks about male wasps using the pheromones as a calling card, it also broadcasts his location, availability, and his identity.this tells everyone how wasps mate, so we don't have to go around wondering.

the order of the information in the article "Television really makes you less lonely" is structured by cause and effect. the authers tone in this article is iterest toward the topic. i beleive the auther is somewhat suprised by the findings. the article is about how tv can make you feel less lonely. you are more likely to watch your favourite shows when your lonely and it makes you feel less lonely. A study found that people in need of social acceptance train themselves to read more queues from facial expressions. " Lonely people may be able to make stronger connections with TV shows and TV characters than people who already have a lot of people in their lives. A deprived person gets more of a social kick from imaginary characters." this quiote from the article supports the main idea, its also my life in a nutshell. to me this article means lonely people ,like me and everyone else on tumblr, can watch tv and feel less lonely. the tv can be your best freind
